His amazing ability of having almost no distinctive qualities, makes him blend very well into crowds. His only weakness are the arms, or rather, the lack there of (maybe lost them in a violent street fight, or removed them as a protest against the system).
Furthermore, to not be seen, stays most of the time inside his bedroom, only ocasionally leaving to buy some food on the supermarket across the street.
In this photograph, recovered by the police, we can see the same rat, in what appears to be an illegal transaction (what would he need that amount of money for?). We're also searching for more clues on the other subject on the right, which doesn't seem to appear in any of our records.
